Talk about dreaming! Alexandra dreamed of becoming a perfumer since she was a sweet teenager of 12. She made it to the prestigious ISIPCA perfumery school and after graduation started at Quest. Head-hunted by Givaudan, she became a treasured member of its team living her dream in full.
As a creative perfumer with the Givaudan company, Alexandra Kosinski designed fragrances for the most famous fashion brands. The big ’G’ is Europe's largest producer of aromatic substances that allows its perfumers to try their hand at niche fragrances to acquire new skills and experiences.
For the cult niche brand Etat Libre d`Orange, Alexandra created ‘Cologne - a citrus fragrance with blood orange and leather accent.
Personally, Alexandra prefers vanilla and animalistic notes in her creations and says that looking at the canvas shades in the Klimt or Modigliani art really ‘floats her boat’ stirring new levels of inspiration.
